How well is the new RL selling? (I've heard bad things from Acura dealers)

I see one everyday. It is the same color though since the only one I hardly ever see is in my garage. I have only seen three ever in Houston since January. Big City to hind all of those cars.

I really like what Honda did with the Legend...er..RL, except for the styling. I know the car is loaded and techy fun but couldn't they have provided a little more show.. it's so non-descript. For $50k I'd want them to show me more of the money! But I guess there's not many show stoppers out there in a sedan except some of the new MBs I really like and Audis have some show.

Hou-RL - I'm surprised that you committed to a 05 MB (S series no less) in lieu of your disappointment with the German quality I assume in the wife's BMW5 and the known issues with many MB models the past many few years.

The RL IMO doesn't look so bad, but I would've preferred a shorter front overhang ala the old Legends and a bit more length in the wheelbase.

i have not seen the new RL on the road yet. ive seen a whole bunch of them at the dealership but none on the road...

still too early to tell though

got to wait at least a year...

That's the normal depreciation for all cars - around 20% the first year. The big diff would be which number do you start with. If you were the first to buy at MSRP then it's a much bigger hit than if you waited until now and can get 3K off.
