How many of you guys are attending TX 2k12?

I've setup a get together/lunch for acurazine members.

https://acurazine.com/forums/texas-319/texas-regional-lunch-%40-2k12-%2A-cancelled-849006/

It would be great to meet a lot of you in person.

also, if you are going there, what are you taking with you?

I wish I were near this. Not that I have anything to run, but it would still be fun to watch.

I'll be there again in my silver GT-R. Lightly modded this year. Maxed out in my current tune, getting a bit of knock. Should be 520 whp, if we an get the tune figured out. My buddy is coming either in his white Supra with single turbo 700whp or his TT built 350z (silver ,looks stock) 730 whp. Look for two old farts. We'll be staying at the Omni., getting there sometime Wed.. depending what time I can get free of work, if I have to work Wed at all.

You gonna be out there in your same car?

If anyone can make this event, GO! Last year was my first year and it was a great time. My car can't run with much out there but it's still a great time. We are closing on our new house that week and I told my wife there is no way i'm cancelling my trip to TX2K12. I gave her power of attorney to handle the closing.

Aren't you friends with 'Trust'? Is his GT-R finished?

If you are selling the Vette then what do you have in mind next. Didn't you just sell your CL as well? GTR?

Not sure who that. If you have a name, that would be better.
Is it Tein with the white GTR, should be pushing over 1200whp?

I guess not then. He is from Okla, had TT Viper and is building a GT_R. Young fellow like yourself.

Quick sale on the Vette, I knew it would go fast. I was gonna ask for it's info to pass around over here, we have a new track that just opened and everybody's car crazy right now. But I guess that will not be necessary.

As for what's next, I thought you had it all planned out.

That's a dick move.. she has to to sign with her full name "as agent to" then your full name for every line, probably 100 times. Push closing forward or back.. shouldn't be an issue.

WOW! Our closing is actually on the Monday before I leave and she is handling it anyway, I told her when we put the offer in that I was working that day. So if it pushes back to later in the week and I happen to be in Texas then she will still be handling it. I work a 7 day on 7 day off schedule, it is VERY expensive for me to take a day off during my work week. I planned this trip way before we decided on the house. If we move the closing it would have to be for at least a week.

My wife leads a pretty charmed life and she will admit it. She is a stay at home mom and does a great job with our sons. She gets to drive around in whatever she wants, gets just about any thing she wants. She can handle an hour of signing my name.
