I own "Der Untergang" aka The Downfall, good movie.
BTW, the real conversation is about General Steiner being unable to stop the Soviet attacks east of Berlin. Hitler had been telling his underlings that it would be successful and that he had secret weapons and large armies to ensure its success. The armies looked good on paper but in reality undermanned, raw recruits with minimal supplies and ammo.
And of course, he blames everyone in sight for the failed attack and goes on a rant.
