Nope.
An engine with a blown head gasket is not worth anything other than a boat anchor until repaired. The gasket(s) between the block and the cylinder head is damaged and must be replaced. The engine you found may indeed run, but not for long. Coolant leaking into the cylinders does very interesting things. And none of them good.
Either repair the problem before the engine is installed, or move on. Depending on the engine, replacement of the head gasket can be an expensive and labour intensive proposition.

Just to add to what Terry said, "blown head gasket" can also mean that the heads warped, that the block cracked, etc.-- which means you can buy a boat anchor that will need between $2000 and $7000 (USD) in parts and labor to make into a working engine, assuming it is even repairable.

I believe that particular engine is an aluminum alloy, twenty-four valve design. Without going into too much detail, aluminum engine components such as cylinder heads react adversely to heat much more than a cast iron design. As Will mentioned, the cylinder head(s) itself may be damaged.
Definitely run away from this particular replacement engine.
