Unhappy Help! 1998 Accord Check Engine Light

I am posting this to help my little brother since it is his car. The car is a 1998 Honda Accord 3.0 V6 and it is throwing codes p1336 and p0336. Earlier this week he tried to start it and it wouldn't start but it was cranking fine. He had to give it a little gas to get it started. Once it started, it idled rough for a little bit and once it warmed up it was fine. The car has been running fine since. Today, he took it over to autozone to scan it but they refused to clear the codes. The car does sit outside all day because he lives on a University campus and the temps have been rather cold lately. Could the cold weather trigger this? We need some advice please.

Did he recently have any work done on it like the timing belt? Also how many miles are on it? Last time you checked the plugs?

The car currently has about 113k. The plugs were changed around 100k. No work done recently.

Sorry, I made a typo. The codes actually are p1366 and p0366.

UPDATE: My brother had to replace the battery and the codes cleared for awhile. Well, this past week the car had trouble starting again and CEL came back on. Same codes. Do we just need to replace the sensors?

P1366 TDC Sensor No. 2 Intermittent Interruption
P0366 P0369 Camshaft Position (CMP) Sensor B Intermittent

I would say maybe call a Honda dealer and explain those codes and see what they say. Of course, they will want you to bring it in to look at it.
