Have the prices of these really dipped down this much!?

I understand this is probably the lease desirable of them all but for it to be under 10k with less than 100k on it. Wow. That's a lot of car to be had for that cheap. And it seems to have a clean title and looks to be in good condition

this seemed to be the cheapest of them all but its in great condition. My pops has an 06 with a few things done and its a blast. But the 04's are still a great buy with the LS1
I looked at 3 06's. All manuals. The stick felt horrible. They were fast, but I thought they handled like crap. I understand that can be fixed, but I just couldn't buy another car that was discontinued.

I would think that the allure of those cars has been outweighed by the fact that the entire brand is now extinct.
Take a look at the G8 GTs on eBay. Not a lot of activity.

Agreed. I tested one and it was atrociously bad for anything but making noise and going in a straight line. I wish they had not screwed with it and just given us the suspension tuning from the Holden Monaro which the car is based on.
I drove one at a GM event in the 2000's. There were two MT cars there, Z06 and GTO. The Z06 had a nice shifting manual where the GTO felt notchy, sloppy and loose. Also the interior was pretty Pontiac-like as well.
It was not a good sign when dealers were selling new G8s for $24K when I was looking at the TL.
Disagree. G8 > CTS-V on exterior looks.
The CTS-V does have a much nicer interior than the G8, although IDK how the GXP's interior looks.

^ A friend of mine in Austin has a 6AT G8 GXP, I got chance to drive it last year. Great car, alot of fun to drive in the hill country.
Also having little changes from Pontiac and keeping it almost all Holden also helped alot.

Pontiac..... they really WERE hitting their stride right before GM pulled the plug.
