Guys this maybe my new car

I been looking for an avus blue M3 for a little while, and Have always wanted the e36 M3, it is so nimble and fun to drive, and my cl even though being fast enough, just doesnt cut it for me when it comes to driving experience.

Anyways heres the link i sent the guy an email, tell what you guys think

Looks pretty good, it just looks very dated compared the the e46 and the photoshop of the e90.

I like E36 M3 more than the current E46. E36 has a lot of engine mod potential. If I remember correctly e36 can hold up to 1000hp just like the Supra.. A friend of mine has a STOCK E46 with blown engine, so E46 is to me. . I am looking forward to own one of the upcoming M4s. =)

with you on the style. E36 is way outdated when compared to E46, not to mention the E90 model. I think E90 is the best looking M3 in history.

That is a sweet M3, but $17,500 That is way too much. I'd offer him about $13-14K, unless there are a lot of people interested.

thanks chap i will, BTW to joeshmoe the price isnt that high, they never go for the kbb value, you also have to take in consideration the number of mileage for a 1995, the rare color, and condition

I just talked to the owner, i negotiated the price a little to about 16,800, the thing is he is 357 miles away, we are gonna meet half between one another i cant wait.

But I'm not sure if its good to get such an old car compared to the acura. Also i love my acura, the luxury, sleek looks, navi, vtec scream, just a great car. But my heart has always been set on the e36 m3, i personally like it better then the e46, dunno why, but i do

You have a lot of time on your hands. Checking out isnt buying it. Buy it then make the thread.

listen, like i said, if you hadnt been talking about this for 6 months, i might have a better outlook on your hopes of getting your dream car. lots of people talk a lot about what they want, and others talk like they are going to get it. i hope you get it, it is definately a nice car, i just dont think its gonna happen.

ok farberstyle your right it in that sense people do say alot, but honestly i am very serious about it, i will not settle for any other car but an avus blue m3 or a very mint nagaro blue s4. I guess i shouldnt make another thread about me getting an m3.

$20 bucks if he actually buys it, he kills himself within 2 weeks.

Oh wait, thats exactlyhe gets each week for allownace :gheylaugh:

Maybe if this wasn't the 20 millinth thread you posted about this people would be supportive, but your still 16 and I rember you saying you've "mastered FWD" I know people 3 times you age with years on the road, not months, who haven't mastered FWD. Also, that is too much car for someone with your driving experience. I've driven those exact same cars, modified M3's and my dads lowered 1987 325 is and they are not easy to handle while going slow let alone fast. Stick with the Acura, you'll have less maintnence with it and it will cost less to insure.

I got my 1997 E36 M3 4 weeks ago. I used to have a V6 accord.

I dont think it looks dated at all if you paint your moldings.

I drove it pulled hard, it was in great condition, wow I'm in love. My parents are talking about it for a little while, just to see if the 95 would be practical, but right now things look good

So you and your parents drove 180 miles to drive this car just to go home and think it over if a 95 is practical? Wouldnt you guys think about that before driving that far to SEE a 95?

well crazy sellout, it actually became a family visit because my mom wanted to go to some outlet stores which are about 50 miles from where me met, so it wasnt really out of the way, where they wanted to go. My dad loves the car you can tell, hes a porsche guy, he always bashes m3, but when he drove the car, you should've seen the grin. And afcourse my mom doesnt understand the fact of me getting a 1995 bmw over my acura cl, shes like its just a 3 series, well thats what she thinks.

hey my mom said its all up to me, the guy said he can sell it for 15,800, and someone offered me about 18,200 for the cl, but its up to me now, if i want the m3 or cl. THe guy said he is willing to drive from phoneix to give me the car.

So I'm really confused rigth now

Dream car(old as fuck, high maintinence) VS The cl type-s( Sleek, vtec scream, navi, newer, pimp interior, but shitty handling compared to the m3)
