Goodbye TL Type S

I have been a member of this site since the beginning and have owned 3 (2000, 2004, 2007 Type S) TLs in that period. Yesterday I traded it in for a Infiniti G37 S coupe. I sat, drove but just could not get the new body style TL. I will miss coming to this site to see what everyone is doing to their cars. I think this is the best car site on the web. So far I can not find anything close to it for the Infiniti brand. Thank you all for all the years advice!

No you won't. Trust me. I've been on this site since it was acuracl.com (had a different account in the beginning) and been on a few other forums. The Infiniti and G forums are okay, but AZine is by far one of the best forums on the interweb. So get comfy

^^ and NOT because I'm a moderator. I never owned an Acura until last week, having owned several Nissans and two Accords. But Azine is by far the most engaging auto forum on the web...which is why I continued to be active here even during the period of time when all the cars in my garage were Nissans.

I'll never leave unless I get

Besides, I want to see if Acura comes out with something new I'd actually buy outside of the 2005-08 RL or 3G TL .

Congrats on the new G, it's not a bad car at all.

And pics or it didn't happen.

Oh, and I don't have my TL anymore either. Fourtitude is okay, but the A3 forums are filled with kids that like talking out of their asses. AZine is by far the most friendly and informative.

Don't even get me started on e90post.

I went Infiniti almost 3 years ago and I'm still here (well, the 02'TL-S is a DD, but the FX is my baby). And, no... there aren't any other forums out there like AZ.

Did you have the stick or auto Type S? The car is tame with auto but with the 6 speed its really really comes alive. I never had more fun driving a car than the 6 speed type s.

I sold my 2003 TL Type-S for a 2008 TSX, but my wife lost her job and we're consolidating expenses, so I had to sell the TSX. Thankfully we still have our MDX, but I feel like a trader in looking at a pre-owned Lexus ES300. Club Lexus is okay, but not like azine.

I'll probably never leave

OP, congrats on the G37...

From one "old-timer" to another ... no need to leave this site ... BTW, what's "wrong" with your type-s ? I know G37s coupe is a beast, but I still plan to hang on to my type-s for a few more years ...

Congrats to your new ride & let's see some pics ...

Congrats and stay here with us. I sold my 2G TL last year, and still come on here. More fun than LegacyGT.com. I like that place, but this is where the fun is....
