Pass.
Some stupid fuck will pay it.
Dealers should be beholden to manufacturers and manufacturers need to get them to cut this shit out, much in the way Dodge has been trying...and I think Lexus does.

I was just laughing at teh stupid fucks who paid markup on the Hellcat
There's two vloggers who rationalize paying over 70/80k for their hellcats a year ago when they're not even worth 45k on trade.
Waiting for similar CTR vids..

I saw there's another Honda dealership also asking $20K over sticker coming out to $54-55K.
If you're after a performance car, $60K can get you anything outside of an exotic. I'm sure you could maybe grab a used GTR in that range.

Yeah. It was pretty nice, some creature comforts I wouldn't mind in the C6Z. It's very quick, but even though it's only just 50hp down, it just doesn't feel like it has the raw, angry power/torque the C6Z has. Maybe it's the Z06 being lighter & more barren that attributes to it. 7-Speed gearbox was cool to go through, but didn't get a chance to really row through it because we stuck to the regular streets. Car drove fine, no weird noises or rattles, very comfy in comparison. Car had that auto rev-match that was cool to see work after learning to do it in the Z.
All that added on shit was just vinyl that could be pulled off, thankfully. The roof had bubbles though & wasn't very well done and the red outline esp along the wing was cut into like 5-6 pieces and taped along. It was just a bit shoddy up close. I asked if they'd be willing to knock off a bit of the price for it b/c I'd have to spend that back into taking it all off, but they said it's as is. So, I was hyping myself that it'd be a nice car to own (even though I shouldn't have), but they pretty much ended the deal when it'd cost me over $120/month more, stretched over 60 months. They low balled the Z06 at $31,500 as well which I didn't like knowing it could easily be resold for $35-40K.
I don't drive the car much anyway, so it'd probably be a poor financial choice to begin with. I'm considering moving at the tail end of the year which could mean the end of Z ownership and getting into another car would be dumb as well. Just going to enjoy her as is.

You're going to sell her to buy a house? Damn mang.. better drive the shit out of her until then.
I think that's a good choice. You're really just paying for creature comforts. I think the C6Z is a beast inside and out, not just on the streets.
It's a great looking ride and some fools have gotten them in the 10 second club with just a cam, headers, and other minor mods.
That's bananas.
