No sir. They are all in storage. I posted some images when I unbox them when they arrive for inspection...but, otherwise, I put them away. Here's some of them in a recent inventory count I was doing...

Link to thread? I also collect but don't have anywhere near what you have. Need to get a couple new ones since its been a while since I've bought any.

I recently received the nutbar Veneno because it's just so over-the-top, I had to have it...it's also fantastically done. AutoArt has really grown as a model maker over the years and IMO can rival some of the established shops. Given the favorable exchange rate to the Yen, I have been buying my models from Japan lately. If you folks are after some, let me know and I can supply the vendor site I use.
Yes please.

Diecast model thread here...wealth of information in there: https://acurazine.com/forums/ramblin...thread-342631/

And as for the vendor, I use AmiAmi (their selection is only of current stuff and they don't retain too much past released products but the prices are great). You'll notice the pricing for the Zonda Revolucion (Carbon Black/White) which usually goes for $360 on most NA sites...this place has it for 28,000JPY which is ~$280. With shipping, which is around $30-$50 depending on what you pick, you're still ahead.

Here's their AutoArt selection: AmiAmi [Character & Hobby Shop]

I do not have a dedicated display room/area currently. I'll be buying a new house within the next couple of years and in that new home, there will be a furnished basement which will be converted into a mancave/nerdroom where much of my collection will be displayed.

I prefer not to half-@$$ it and try to cram some display shelves in my current home just to display the cars because well, it doesn't go with the current furniture/modern look and would kinda clutter up the place. So, for now, all of it goes into storage.

That's kinda the gist of it.

Liar. You'd never put all that treasure in a tank full of crap...even for security reasons.

I'd even make the trip to the North Pole to raid that stash.

Your trip to the sekrit storage facility will be riddled with LEGO bricks. You'll never make it.

No, difference between hoarders and collectors...the latter knows how to hide the clutter.

That's probably it.

Otherwise, not much separates the two, huh? Oh god. *sobs*

I would like to do violent, painful things to whoever is responsible for early '00 Honda fogs. Today I wiped the salt off the lens and managed to crack both of them.

my wife tried to throw out all my car models i've had since i was a kid when we moved into our new house... Had to argue my way into getting them into storage.. The kid can have them in his room when he gets old enough to not chuck them on the floor like his other toys
