What offset is your brother running on his sevas s22? 25 or 40? What width?
My guess is that he's running 20x8.5 on the front and 20x10 on the back with 40 offset? Looks simiar to my setup on the FX. I'm running S7
Looks like he got his wheels color matched. Very nice. I'm just curious.. how much did he pay for his set up? I want to compare

If those are the two options, I would guess the 25 offset based on the rear lip.

rim: 20" Sevas S-22 20x8.5/20x10
tire: Falken FK-452 fronts 245/35/20, rears 275/30/20
suspension: Tein 350z H-Tech Springs
^ i have no idea what the offset is.. and the wheels are NOT color matched.. the silver on the Sevas matches perfectly with the G! he paid less than 2k for the wheels
