G35 coupe, FINAL HP confirmed
see for yourself:
http://www.infiniti.com/g35coupe ----> click on specifications
It used to say 275+, now it sez 280HP. I suspect they just dropped the Nissan Z engine mods in.
Looks like someone will be trading in his 2000 cavalier Z24 for the G coupe

I love this car too. I drove the 4 door and it was very nice, but the problem is that it didnt feel as fast as my CL-S. Maybe when my CL-S was stock the G35 felt just as fast. This car for sure will be faster, but i dont think it will get the 5.5sec to 60 the Z350 got. Just wait until NISMO gets to the US and they start throwing major mods for this car and the Z350. Acura should start thinking about boosting the CL type S. They should make a CL type R with 300HP high revving Engine, light weight, 6speed close ratio. That would be awsome.

hot damn!!!! That are is MINT!!
Still... does anyone agree that the interior looks a little outdated in a way? Like the instrument cluster looks like it came from a 93 honda accord or somthing. The interior is lacking... IMO
I still find it weird that nissan can make a kick ass interior in the 350z but a weak design in the G35.
Either way this car will be smoking!! I really cant wait to see what acura has planned now... they are always late to the game, but when they come, its a big BOOM with somthing.

I really like that car but the interior sucks ass. The center stack is already outdated and those buttons look like there left over from a 1980's maxima. It is a shame that they didn't do a better job inside, but thats nissan for ya.

like i said yesterday, i cant wait to see this car in person, then drve it, looks soo bad ass, and i want it soo bad. i think its goin to be everything that acura wanted out cl-s to be but more. Hope acra comes out with something to fight it, cause if not , they are gooin to loose alot of 2001 leases thats end next year, just like me.

Folks, I do agree on the interior....but I think the car is going to be such a fun, exciting driving machine, I'm willing to give up a little quality in the interior department. I mean its going to have a ton of features, it just looks a little outdated.

Ok, I think the consensus on my next ride is that the exterior styling in HOT, the performance is great, but the interior is a bit dull. Well, I can live with that, as long as bimmers see only my taillights!

I agree with everyone, I've had my g35 coupe brochure for months, waiting to see the real thing. The interior is very weak, saw it on the sedan and thought the same. Too bad, no one can get it all together for $30k in a near lux coupe. THe silver plastic or metal console looks ugly, maybe cover it with black or wood grain would clean it up some. Only exterior gripe is the back bumper could have been done better, looks like a box on there but not as bad as it first looked. THe style seems made up of Audi on the side, Lexus on the front and I don't know what on the back. At least they mixed some good influences together. Have to see it in person to really get the feel for it. Seems a little on the safe side tho. Never had a Datsun before, still would prefer a MODERN Acura coupe, but when?
