you won't believe how much i picked it up for...$1,000 bucks with an extra motor on the side, which is the b18 motor with tranny and shiftlinkage, only thing missing is the ecu which i have already! and the rims i got it for 200bucks + my stock 88si rims..deal eh? got all these stuff off my homeboys.
feeels good to back into the real import scene

I dont know anything about those CRX's. I thik they look cool but i think the real treat would be the handling and agility if modded heavily. Im sure you can mod those things pretty nicely to make a nimble pocket rocket.

yea it already handles and feels like a pocket rocket...that little single cam does wonders and plus the fact that thing weighs bout 2100lb..its like a go kart..seriously ask anyone who owned a ef-8 they'll tell yah.

those little things are quick... nice and clean... all u need is the motor... i personally also like the LS/VTEC as someone else mentioned... these things pull like madd in 1st and 2nd... if i can find one in the near future i would def get one to romp on ricers...

yupp..the hard part is deciding what turbo to run...thinkin bout a just little stock blacktop s15 bb t28 for that kick...but nothin too extreme? any input on that guys? i was even thinkin about those cheap ebay kits...but i just don't know..those are very tempting! comes with ic core, piping, manifold wastegate, bov...basically everything to bolt right on to the b18 block..but i'll see i might just piece it together myself...

do not buy a no name kit off of ebay, its always better to peice your own kit out. You do not want to nickel and dime on these parts: the turbo itself, wastegate, manifold, oil lines, and intercooler.
if i were you i would go with a t3 ball bearing turbo, it may be alittle more expensive, but if your running a dohc setup it will be much more effective, and you will have alot more power to play with.
ball bearing is the way to go, T28s are nice turbos but really dont have too much potential, but then again it all depends on how much boost you want to make, and how much power you are going to eventually want, because once you hit 225, after a few weeks you are probaly going to want more. might as well do it right the first time.
