whats up guys, im a first time poster with a question. i want to put LED's in the door handles. i want it set up so that they only stay lit for about 10 seconds after i hit the lock/unlock on my aftermarket alarm. basically i think all i would need is a relay that gives power for 10 seconds to be placed in between the power of the alarm and the power of the LED. does anybody know how i could accomplish this?!

 

Hmm maybe u can tie it with the interior light. It won't be timed but it be in squence with the interior dome light.

 

what if you tied it into the lite wire for the ignition, that stays on for a sec when you unlock the car

 

Two good suggestions BUT,

Why would you want to illuminate a lock that you don't use?
