Other cars today, '14 Town & Country Touring L, and tomorrow, a VW CC Sport w/ LED Lighting Package, and a 528xi - for now.

I really am digging that little Merc...love that upgraded silver dot grill (sorry, don't know the real name).

Always a pleasure to stop in. South of the Border is good for stucco dinosaur pictures though, Tyler!

What are your thoughts on the CLA? Seems to be making a lot of buzz lately.

Ive gone through all the posts and it seems like a pretty cool thing to do. How much can you get a 2005 tl in white or silver? Been looking for a good for quite sometime thats not priced outrageously. Do you have a shop somewhere? You seem like the type of person i would like buying from since you seem to actually care unlike other dealers.

I currently have a 2003 santa fe which is slowly dying on me so an upgrade is on the way for sure.

Eddie has access to dealer contacts and the auctions, not to mention cars that come through his business on returns.

If you're not in a rush, I would just ask him to keep an eye out for a good one rather than scanning the auctions. I don't feel like you get good value at them and you incur too much risk.

Soooo check this out....

My driver delivered the CC today, but was delayed, so I went to meet the BMW dealer to deliver the 528xi tonight myself. I had a BMW lease return at my office that needed to be returned, and the customer was turning in a MB lease, so I drove the BMW lease return to the delivery to swap with the dealer's driver and bring the MB lease back to my office to return the next time I pick up another MB for a customer. I meet up with him on a main road and he follows me to the customer's house, while I'm in front of him, am surprised that a '14 528xi has Xenon lights, must be standard...We get to the customer, and notice it has M Sport wheels, and I'm like WOW BMW really added so much standard equipment to the 5 series for '14! Navigation is now standard, btw...Anywho, I move their MB from their driveway so I can put the BMW in front of their garage to program their garage door opener, and as I pull behind the BMW, realize it says "535" on the trunk, not "528". Uh oh. I pull out the window sticker from the car to match up the VIN to the contracts, and it's the wrong car. Right paperwork, but wrong car. So I signed him up tonight, and tomorrow morning I will send my driver to pick up the right car.

Never a dull moment...

TT is retail ready. It passed my mechanical inspection with flying colors. All I needed to do was add some washer fluid, change the oil, and give it an alignment. Tires are brand new. Under 28,000 miles!

You are dead to me for not answering my question Shoofin. I'm boycotting this thread.

Ok, I'm not boycotting it, it's too good of a thread to ignore. I still want a response though!!!

I didn't drive it much, but it felt good. The clutch took a little getting used to, and the shift had a nice, short throw. A pinch notchy, but not bad at all!

That's a silly statement. The TT is a good car and a timeless design.
