I currently have everything off on mine. Definitely don't want audio on.

My dash cam doesn't have a speedometer setting, at least I don't think it does.
Audio is currently on, but I will probably turn it off at some point

Audio and GPS are both on. The way I see it, I can always remove the audio later but you can never put it back. There's a dash cammer I followed locally and his girlfriend had some idiot in the parking garage at PSU basically tell her that if she didn't move, he was going to back into her and say she hit him. She couldn't back up because there were cars behind her, anyway.

GPS speed is off but if I am taking my car in for service I log into the camera from my phone quick and re-enable it. I had a shop decide that after doing an alignment on my car that they needed to test drive it and that on said test drive they needed to slide the ass end out around a turn. Showed the shop manager that the day after. Was nice to have the GPS on the camera as it made a map of the entire drive along with speed data. Thankfully at least they never exceeded the speed limit actually. Needless to say I won't be going back to that shop.

Not to hijack, but anybody got recommendations for a good, cheap dash cam.

Last Uber I took, the guy had one and said he got it for like $40 on Ebay and said it records 24 hrs worth.
