I don't undeerstand why the drivers on the right side going the same direction as him didn't pull over to the side of the road or anything. All it would take is one car swerving across the median to avoid the truck and you'd have trouble coming fast. This jackass actually decided to videotape the scene. Crazy though. Glad no one else died.
