Corolla 2013?

Another forumer published those pics he took in Japan and says that it is the next Corolla. It looks smallish to me. However the [Corolla] Axio on the nameplate sounds right.

My first thought, but the wagon has the Corolla Fielder above it and the blue one says Corolla Axio.

I think that they just cheapened what was already cheap.

Yeah, I was thinking Yaris too. I doubt that 5 door would make it here though.

If it is smaller, I'd think it'd be the new Yaris.

But, the Axio is the Corolla equivalent. So, dunno.

JDM Corrolla is much smaller. I believe smaller than Toyota Yaris sedan in US.
Infact Toyota Premio is same size as USDM Corrolla.
Corrolla is very basic car. 4speed auto, rear drum brakes, torison beam suspension and no iMID display that is now common.
Do they even offer navigation system.

The newer Corollas have come a long way since the 1990s....they actually look pretty nice for what they are IMO

I agree. And the XRS has to be a pretty fun car with the Celica engine.

The Celica engine is long dead. The most recent XRS (also dead) used the Camry 2.4L.

Nothing wrong with basic transportation as long as the average American still fits inside. I'm more interested to see if the Matrix is being continued considering the hatch is far more practical.
