One of the best looking cars in a few years, imo. BMW nailed it. Enjoy in good health!

Hilarious

I am glad the b7 now comes in Lwb . S8 doesn't come in the L version

Many people want highest performance in long wheelbase and don't want the 760il or a8l

Around here used m3 sedan v8 model cost same as used 740 and 750
People think you are balling in the 7 and not in the m3 (general public thoughts )
The Alpina will never sell well while this is on the market. Actually, the 7 series in it's current form will never sell well while this is on the market.

Yeah I agree that the new s class is amazing and 7 is due for upcoming new model
That said Alpina isn't meant to be a volume model

It's a car appreciated by people in the know

Your average secretary or Armenian 25 year old in la driving a $300 leased 3 series has no clue about Alpina

I agree, and if BMW decided to make a M7, it would sell like hotcakes because people with more money than sense would buy it just for the badge.

That said, the S63/65 aren't really volume sellers either. They are, however, badass. The last good 7 series was the E38. Every one since they has been horseshit.

Just look at this...just look. It came like this from the factory. Class, elegance, and a hint of aggressiveness.

And then Bangle came around to take a giant steaming dump on it with this POS:

Sorry for the OT conversation, the 6GC is simply gorgeous, especially in white. Best looking non-M BMW since the E46 went out of production. Congrats on the new car!

E38 with the m split spoke wheels is just sex

My fave is still the 840 850 manual with those wheels in red yum

I saw an Alpina b7 black bangle today ! Spoiler on that b7 is hideous

I would never buy an MBZ-I'm just not a Mercedes guy and never will be. I think it takes a different kind of person to rock one.

My impression - they're for people who like a little more bling.

Agree, however the current gen models are much more reserved and elegant than ones from the past decade. The new S and C classes are just gorgeous and not all that blingy from the outside. The interiors are on a whole different level from anything else coming out of Germany though.

I agree with the S class but the new C class's exterior, especially the rear is

It looked bad in pictures and looked worse in person. Flat ass with tiny taillights.

Hey in my defense, i do not see a lot of 6 series Gran Coupe here in the 626 area.

All we have here is white M6 Coupe.

626 is either all Salvage M cars
Or 320i debadged flossing M badges

Gotta love the 626
Asians and Armos trying to co-exist

Lots of salvage titled G class

626 is an east LA area code.

Armos = Armenians.

East LA is 310, not 626. I used to live in East LA... and i think you have confused Glendale (818) with 626 about Armenians.

Kimchi knows what i am talking about. It seems you don't come down here a lot. It is not the same as.... 5 years ago. They are rich, or i should say their parents are rich.

In San Gabriel Valley (including Rowland Heights and Diamond Bar area), Young rich Asian kids do not drive Salvage cars..... M cars are 2nd class citizen and you ain't got no "face" unless the car is over $200k.

And i am talking about High School kids and College students.

Ummm WEST la is 310....and I don't mean "east la" I mean it's east in la. 626 is Pasadena, Arcadia etc which is way east. Glendale is Armenia...but they don't all reside there.

And there are still PLENTY of fakers there.

I didn't know that any of the current BMW sedans was a hatchback.

310 is Los Angeles(roughly west of La Brea), Beverly Hills & the beach cities between Malibu and Palos Verdes (South Bay).

626 is the San Gabriel Valley, bordering East LA and spreading eastward, with a high percentage of Asians in many of the cities.

Armenians seem to gather in the 818 in Glendale and the San Fernando Valley to the north of downtown LA.

I think we are confused between East LA, and East of LA.
I am sure you know they are very very different.

There are plenty of fakers everywhere.

Just drove the 650i Convertible yesterday at the BMW driving USA Event.

Holy shit.... The exhaust scared the shit out of me in Sport+. I thought there was a Harley behind me when i left off the gas pedal at redline.

yup, the sports version has a flap that opens and closes and makes for some interesting sounds along the way.

My 335i has the flap too.. but the sound is NO where near as aggressive as the 650... god damn...

i briefly checked how much they were leasing out for... quickly closed the page after a few glances.

I love the new look of the 6 series. Nice pickup! I'm considering as a next car the 09-10 M6's with a facelift to the new style front bumper.

I have looked in to it. The closest guy that can do it everyone recommends is 100 miles away. It'll take me driving it up, renting a car, leaving it there a few days then picking it up later. Maybe next year . . .
