Last week I went to the Chicago Auto Show. It was the first time I'd been down there in many years. There were very few prototype cars, and many of the booths were pretty spare. The Nissan area was just 9 cars with the GTR in the center. Porsche was represented by 3 cars.

I also noticed that it there seemed to be less cars and less crowded. But, like always, every time I was about to sit in a car, somebody has to jump in right front of me. One thing I did notice that it seemed like almost every booth had a custom/concept police car. Pretty cool I guess.

BTW, did you happen to remember the name of the exotic booth the Aston was at? I am trying to find some of those cars online.

nice pictures! lovin the design of the new "gullwing" Benz, but part of me wishes it had normal doors.

SVTmike, did Ferrari make an appearance with their new 458 Italia (replacement of the 430)??

 

I don't think Ferrari was there this year.

 

Legendary British Quality perhaps? It was in a booth with a bunch of other exotics from various makers. I think perhaps the keeper of that car doesn't really know how to prep a car for a show.

Interesting that people were allowed within shouting distance of the Aston.

At the DC show, they were a good 20' from where anyone could walk.

 

They had one in T.O. I told my kids it was the real BB.

Wow what a great show! I'm loving the Fisker. The new color for the MDX looks good as well.
