Not sure if anyone saw the Top Gear episode wth that Evo, but it actually beat a Murcielago around the track.
Then they raced it in a drag race against some I4 with <100hp and it lost. (They used a 30mph rolling start in top gear to demonstrate how much the turbo lag sucks on the Evo)

i saw it, who race in a rolling start at top gear anyway?? the turbo wont even spool up enough at that low of a RPM.
