look into the Goodyear Triple threads. I put the Conti Extremes and they are ok. Then I reseacrhed tires for my gf and found the Triple threads. They handle great, price was about the same as my Contis and they have a 80K thread life.

In the beginning I thought. 'no way'. But I did some research and now that I have driven them on gf's cars, am impressed.

Well i been looking at reviews and heard its a great tire. Only drawback that its a little noisey. But i dont care since my exhaust will drown it out anyways.

I like the toyos but i need to buy through discount tire since ii have store credit with them and they dont carry toyo.

Get em...I dunno if they are any BETTER than the Pilots, but they ride better than the pilots did, although my pilots were on the wear bars.

They ride and sound ok in 45 series

They are quieter than pilots on their wear bars too but not as quiet as the new pilots were.

And shame on you for not asking me, even though you know I have the same car and would not lead you astray, Eric.

The slight bit of noise is easily drowned out by the radio, and well worth the $200 I saved on all 4 tires.
