Doubt it. BMW did the same thing with the 335i, but the power output was nowhere near ESS or JB.

This news just took away a good amount of potential customers for Cobb though. That's for sure. When I had a MS3, a lot of the owners didn't get the AP due to the risk of having their warranty voided. I can see a lot of EcoBoost owners jumping on this. And I think the buyer demographic of 335i cares much less about the warranty than that of Ford EcoBoost-ed cars!

It'll be very hard. Maybe for the OTS maps only? Maybe. But I doubt it.

Well true enough. I'd be happy with 375-380 lb-ft

What's a good Av6 forum? The seats in the Accord are either worn out or just awful. The drive out here was pretty uncomfortable after about three hours (drive was seven hours). I want to see what people have done. The track is worn and moves about 1-2" on hard stops so that needs to be fixed anyway.

Awesome. Thanks. I already found the source of my issue with the seats moving ... design flaw on the bushing. Looks like it's about 90 minutes to pull the seats and swap in new bushings. So thanks guys!

I'm confused...are we talking about the Mustang-Accord, or the Accord-Mustang at this point?

The Honda turned out 32mpg over 1000 miles on my trip. For 123k miles and a V6, not bad.

I was bragging about 29 in my TL tonight to my wife...I'm like, it's ALMOST a hybrid!

I broke 200 miles on the odometer yesterday.

I'm not a fan of the way the car is dampened. It is very jouncy over uneven roads. I think it's the upward travel of the suspension rather than the spring but I could be wrong. Can't imagine what a Performance Pack is like.

The collision avoidance saved me from rear ending an idiot last night so the radar cruise control package already paid for itself

I'm road tripping to Florida in February in the Mustang. About 2,000 miles R/T. Can't wait.

If you're over the 3yr/36k when you tune, you get no warranty.

How...the...F did you do that? We drove the wife's AV6 up north last week and averaged ~26-27mpg for the drive. It has snow tires on it so that might cost 1-2mpg but not 5... The TLS isn't any better, it averages ~23-24 on my daily cycle and maybe will crack 28-29 on longer drives but 26-27 is more likely.

Unless my odometer is broken, I dunno. Was doing 70-75 the whole way. Speed limit in Ohio is 70 now.

Ugh. The upgraded door cards are $1,100 EACH.

Fuck Me and Ford's stupid website.

The console in leather might be cheap enough to upgrade at least.

Holy crap.

They made of platinum or something?

Now...you should check Honda's website...maybe it's cheaper there?

Do you think someone is going to make upgraded interior parts? I have zero experience with these types of cars.

Correct. Look to Spoon. Mugen.

And based on what we saw with the M Pilot, BMW's M division.

I'm not sure...although I would keep a look out. Aftermarket support for the Mustang, once the model is a few years old, is pretty good.

Yup, it does. Got a nice roadtrip planned once the weather improves where you can hooligan-it a bit in your EB Accord?
