Cars you should be in love with, but aren't

I saw this on another forum but I wanna see what you guys think. Any cars out there which pretty much everyone on Acurazine likes, but you don't?

For me personally I've never like the Enzo much. One of the ugliest ever Ferraris made. Impressive on paper but not with looks

Veyron.... sure its the fastest car in the world but who really thinks it looks beautiful? More of a status symbol than anything.

The Mercedes McLaren SLR. Actually, make that pretty much any modern AMG. No clutch pedal =

Pretty much all Bentleys, Maybachs and Rolls Royces. Nice car to be chaffeured around in but I'd rather drive myself.

Aston Martins from Ford 'til now - they all look really similar. I don't get what's so perfect and irresistible about them. I'd rather have a Porsche, Ferrari, or Lamborghini.

BMW 6-series. 3 things come to mind - ugly. chick car. and....... ugly.

SLR, Maybachs, and RR, same reasons as you.

GTR - yea i know it's fast and it can corner, and it's cheap for the performance it brings... but..too much tech and too large make the car too heavy....I guess what I'm saying is..I'm worried it's just not as fun to drive as some pure sports cars such as the 911 GT3...

Most Porsches. I respect them, but maybe they're too common? Too plain? I do massively adore the CGT (more than the SLR, Enzo, Veyron, etc), and the new Turbo with the body kit and wing does look pretty damned cool. Some prick was weaving one through traffic and I could see his Bluetooth thing flashing through the window, yet I was still at the car.

GTR. Meh. I like driver's cars -- row your own gears, driver involvement, etc. IS-F too, except I don't see why I should love it in the first place.

08 STI...

No thanks

Enzo as well, I don't feel the design even though it is legendary.

There is a Porsche dealer near by and so they tend to be the high end car of choice.

Agreed.

Also GTR and actually the new M3 does nothing for me. When the E46 M3 came out I was drooling over it. Maybe that will change when i see it in person. Just wished it was wider.

Never been a fan of the Evo or STI. I just cant get passed how they are just souped up economy cars.

Infinti G37 coupe does nothing for me. The Sedan is more appealing to me.

Def. agree about the Enzo- fugly! Rather have a 430

STI, G coupe - liked the previous gen better.

GTR - I'd buy a Z06 first.

And hey - don't forget the Chrysler Crossfire - WTF were they thinking?

This sort of fits the bill but not really pretty much all BMW's.

While I find them nice looking cars and pretty decent performers I just feel they are highly overpriced and by the time one is optioned out I'd prefer to go with a different car from another brand generally in a different/higher class of cars.

Then again maybe if I would consider the RWD platform as a daily (beamer would be a daily for me) then it might be a slightly different story but still doubtful.

Any Lamborghinis .. Most Ferraris .. Enzo especially .. I mean, I'll turn my head and be like "Wow, it's a freaking Enzo/Lambo!" if I see them, but as far as wanting one.

Might risk sounding ignorant here, but it seems once you buy one Porsche, you've bought them all .. Besides engine power, I can't even tell a 944 from a 911. Only exception is the CGT, which I think is a beautiful piece of machinery.

Actually, I realize that I have no love whatsoever for the Lamborghini Gallardo.

I love the Murcielago, but the Gallardo just looks like a wood-chip to me.

It is, admittedly. I dunno, it's the same rounded rooftop, same boxer engine layout, same bug-eye headlights, different variations of wings and wheels is all .. I can't say much for their interiors though.

^All you need is a ride in one, throttle to the floor to shake you a little..
I think we all agree that Ferrari should have produced a better looking car if it was to carry the Enzo nameplate on it. But when it comes to supercars, I'm a complete sucker: Hearing a Ferrari V8/Lambo V10 is enough to make me go home wanting one for sure.
Seriously dissapointed about the SLR,IS-F,CTS-V(I like the normal version)

NSX - see 'em all over the place...look dated...vanilla.
Lamborghini's - most, but not all look odd to me....but I would take one in a heartbeat

I have never been a fan of the Enzo, the P4/5 is much better looking.

Any American car sold in the US with the exception of the Saturn Sky. If they put a motor in it, it would be a cool car.

Maserati, any of them, ugh.

Rolls, Maybach, any of the chauffer driven cars you can keep.

I can't think of any others I should like.

The Viper, driven anywhere other than a racetrack. It's impressive, but it says a little too much about the driver, if you know what I mean....

GTR, 599, 612, 5XX Maranello, Mustang, R8, G37, Z4, M3, M6, Murcielago, CTS, the new C-class, that's all that comes to mind right now. There are other cars I don't like, but these are the ones I probably should like but don't.

Porsche... they're so common I forget that even a base Carrera goes for atleast 70 stacks. But other than that, they all have the same body whether it be a 70k Carrera or a 180k GT2. Other than the Carrera GT, Porsches do nothing for me, and it doesn't help there's one on every other corner.

New M3... I don't really care for it at all. I think a stock 335i Coupe with the factory front lip looks so much nicer and cleaner than the M3. Last gen, the visual upgrades from a 3 series to an M3 were subtle yet aggressive and done very nicely. This gen however, I think the M3 is too busy looking, and somewhat tacky IMO. 335i FTW

Z4 Coupe... that shit is disgusting, looks like a fucking shoe, the Roadster on the other hand looks nice.

X6... ugly as shit, although the V8 TT is ftw

Volkswagon R32... not feeling it, and for the price there are many other cars i'd rather have.

Lexus GS series, Subaru STi, Mustang, New Camaro, anything American other than the CTS, Corvette, and Saturn Sky, Saleen,

That's what I can think of ATM
