Well, I'm at the car wash. This car wash has the usual Bentley, BMW's, Merc, Porsche's, etc.



So I'm waiting for my car and I see this beautiful car. Talk to the owner, nice guy. He looked like he was 21-25, but I guess maybe he own's his own boat business. He likes it better than the Enzo, SLR, and other Porsche's Some people have too much money.

Pretty cool, he said that he drives it all the time. "Why pay that much money to not drive it like the old tools you see driving their Ferraris once a year"

 

It was my 3rd GT sighting in a month...

Have seen two of these here on the Cape , i have to say the exhaust on this thing has to be the one of the best souding one out there, right up there with the 360 modena.

If you could afford that, why wouldn't you pay someone to come to your house and wash it.

 

Why let it sit in your driveway when you can drive it and show it off?

 

Finally, I've got you beat on something. I've actually put a couple spirited miles on one...that was being prepped for a "mildly successful" local business owner. It is so awesome to have formerly worked for the company that produced this fine piece of rolling art. Also helps to be that particular gentleman's salesperson previously additionally (2 auto companies under my belt).

 

Just take it back to the dealer and have their detailers that prepped it for delivery for you clean it. You trusted their trained hands before.

Maybe this is just my local Porsche dealer though. The detailers there are great.
