lucky and stupid.
I prolly ahoulda stayed for one more run to get it out of my system before headin home.
The cop wasn't on duty, didn't clock me and could not pace me. I didn't even see him till I slowed down to about 80.
Lesson learned. Consider this video a fine example of what NOT to do.

bro you got REALLY lucky nice car what kinda mods you got on it? and were those runs at the track stock or with some goodies. Also do you know if that Z28 you ran at the track was a LT1 or LS1?

wow REALLY lucky, would that have been my ass i woulda went to jail for sure

no need for congrats on that one, my friend. This is not a video to be looked up to.
sanjose, most of the mods I have done have been for show but the go mods include a superchips flashpaq, a jet chip stage II, a CAI fed directly by a scooped hood, Dynatech longtube headers and high flow cats, Magnaflow exhaust and it was the first 5.7L with Indy ported and polished heads. I run on 20s, which add a good half second to my times but I first ran it at 15.4 and have shaved off a second and a half so far. I will get this car in the 12's without boost or spray next year.

...and wil drive home without hitting tripple digits.
