You really have to wonder what the hell some people are thinking.

Earlier today, I was driving home from running errands and in my rearview mirror there was some black car (couldn't tell what it was), with paint that looked like primer or something because it had no shine whatsoever, and it also had purple foglights (painted? they looked weird) and a bright green painted lip. WTF!
