Blacked out Mercedes taillight

Blacked out Mercedes taillight
One of my girl friends has a 05 C55 AMG and wants to get the black taillight. I don't think it's just a rockblocker tint because she just want the red part of the taillight to be blacked out. Anybody knows which light project I'm talking about? any inputs will be greatly appreciated.

Instead of blacking out the red why not tint the clear like the CL65 AMG?
A buddy of mine used to have his silver S500 with smoked black tails. He paid an arm and a leg and ended up getting rid of them because he didn't like them.
