Just sold my CL for a thousand bucks, I think i did the right thing, my engine was blown and there are a few cosmetic problems.
Now I am going to put this thousand dollars down on another car,
wat should ilook for?

If you do,you might get a car you wont like for awhile but if you have more money then look for gsx idk whatever you are happy with.

get another CL 2nd gen tho. 6speed. but ummm i would probably look into a teg.

id look into a 3G TL, RSX, or 2G CLS6. or, an infiniti G35/37 coupe.

Besides the grill it looks great IMO. With an aftermarket grill, it should look pretty sweet!

 

heck just colour key some of the chrome trim and it would look 11ty-billion times better.

Yea I've seen some 4th gen TLs with the grill color matched to the paint job and it's a massive improvement.

if you want maintnence issues out the ass, buy the audi.

if you want a completley underpowered car, buy the 325.

the g35 is nice, but if hes got a 1k down payment... i dont think thats quite what hes looking for. it seems to me hes more in the neighborhood for a 3-5k car.

id say a lexus sc400 if you can tolerate driving automatic.

3uz with VVT-i, RWD and one of the smoothest rides around. not to mention a big aftermarket.

Word. I almost bought one when I was in the market for a new ride @ 18-19.

 

i almost bought one when i was shopping and then bought my CL. hell i was about to put a down payment on it, but it had 125k miles and was auto-tragic (as all of them are in the u.s.) and the CL had 53k and was 5 speed, so it won me over lol.

If i bought one (which i plan on doing) ill be importing the manual swap from the JDM Soarer. one of my all time favorite cars.

 

if you maintain your car, the A4 is not a problem. It's not a honda that you can drive for a year with a problem. It need regular check ups but it's worth it.

a 325 is the best driving, handling and responsive small sedan. bar none. go drive one and see how FWD, 4 cylinder acura feels like after.

yes because every highschooler should own a completely generic, most stolen vehicle witha fart can and ebay suspension.

 

The sc300 came with a 5 speed. The inline 6 runs forever too. Good luck finding one though, they're pretty rare and people usually want a fortune if you come across one. I was looking for one for a while before I ended up gettin the cl.

I was in the market for a 3 series once and I've gotta say the 328i is a much better car than 325

 

why not? everyone should go through that stage. but ya know, he could totally choose a smart car for all i care
