Bisimoto Turbo Odyssey

Bisimoto Turbo Odyssey
I know its not a TL, but have any of you seen Bisimoto's new Odyssey? I saw it recently in Hondna Tuning and it is pretty insane. They did a phenomenal job of making everything looking factory, even a 6 speed.
I would drive that minivan!
Here's a link I found on it.

Not a big fan of the 4G Ody, a 3G would work.
But, impressive nonetheless.

Except for the wheels, and they need to put a grille on.

EDIT - Doh - you put 6000hp... I'd still drive it, especially since it's a manual. My wife's Escalade runs 100+ in the 1/4 and I want to turbo it, but I'd rather have the manual in the minivan.

I remember the escape F1 from GT2
Bisi is a good friend of mine and he's always been tuning outside of the box type of person.

Not a fan of the 4G Odyssey's styling, but I'd still drive it. But I'd have to remove those wheels, stickers, and rooftop cargo carrier, and then throw on a grille first.

So much for discretion.

Say what you want, but it's one of a kind. That minivan would destroy anybody's car on this site, outside of maybe IHC's GN from a standstill. That snail is ridiculous I love Bisi's builds... 964 being my favorite.
Not a fan of the stupid-camber VIP wheels or the gaping FMIC. But that's Bisi.

Different strokes for different folks I guess. I've seen an STI motor in a Beetle and I thought it was pretty cool. I've always been a fan of anything fast, and sometimes the oddest ones are the most interesting... RWD LS1 Civic, heck, there is a guy here on the forum putting a 66 Mustang body on top of a Civic chassis with a J32. Some may consider it blasphemous and wrong wheel drive, but it is interesting none the less!

I have never known a J-series engine to be unreliable..
I don't know much about the quality of the interior.. but I cant tell you how many old oddy's I see on the road daily.. something has to be built right.

the overexplainer
the transmission in the early 2000 models were pretty bad. Shared the same failures as the accord and TL. the 2nd one in my parents' odyssey is just hanging on (the 2nd one was also rebuilt after 60k miles).

The sizzle in the Steak
Transmission was a hot mess.
Power steering issues were constant.
Interior build quality was lacking....rattle box.
Typical poor quality Honda front brakes.
Thing ate through tires way too quickly.
It was the final straw, the last Honda I purchased.

I admire the amount of thought and hard work that went into this, but with the wheel/ride height combo it seems to me like a waste. The article says it struggles to gain traction in any gear at full boost.
What would make it more impressive is if they threw wide sticky tires on it, raised it a hair, put 4 people in it and threw it on a track next to something you'd never think to see it compare to....kinda like that VW bus with the Porsche guts thats been floating around on Youtube for years lapping numerous supercars at Spa.

Nothing new. Honda did it twice now (something similar) for the one lap of America. Cool none the less.

I don't care about the engineering and work that was put into this car. I don't like the wheels and it has too many stickers so it sucks. Rather have a stock Dodge Caravan instead.

I would like to see that van in a JGTC costume.

Caravan WHAT, the Oddy stock is sooooooo much better and you don't need a friend with a tow truck like you would with a Caravan
