Along similar lines...I used to work for a Porsche/Audi dealer. At the time, this Porsche Boxster S had only 9 miles on it when it was to be shipped up to Canada for a dealer trade. I'll put it this way; the truck driver thought it wouldn't be necessary to secure the ramps with the pins. The wheels spun the ramp right out from underneath the car and this was the result:
