Anyone know if Acura subsidizes the dealers for their Loaner fleets?
Our MDX needed to be kept overnight and they gave me a 2006 TL with Navi as a loaner. It only had 100 miles on it. I asked the service rep how many loaners they have and he said about 30 TSX/TLs/MDXs. It suprised me, I would have guessed they had 5 loaners by how strict they are about loaning them. This is Acura of Concord in the Bay Area.

I'm going to guess no. Or all dealers would have loaners.

Loaners are up to each individual dealership

It's not the dealerships responsibility to provide you with a loaner at their cost when warranty work is done. Warranty claims not only factor in parts and labor but also the costs associated with rentals. Loaners when scheduled service is provided is out of good-will by the dealer.

Our dealer has TL,TSX, MDX, RL loaners.... They will be loaners for up to 10000miles after there for sale certified, cough cough tax write off for the depreciation and still come out on top...
