I can vouch for LA. It was the only place where there was a 7-lane highway and STILL even at 12am on a weekday, there was a good (bad?) amount of congestion.... 55-60 mph in the fast lane.
Gotta say San Jose is quite bad during rush hour too. But generally its not bad 24/7 literally like LA is.

Akron made the list. Cleveland should have as well. The traffic is really not bad here, even during rush hour.
Of course, that's because unemployment is so high here
and no one wants to live or move a business here.
On the plus side: more clear roads for me!

I live in the Dallas burbs, and have a 15.4 mile commute that rarely takes me much longer than 20 minutes. But, there are retards here that live in McKinney and commute downtown to save $50k on a house because they suck at time value of money.
La/ riverside area is horrible on a Friday night at 11PM we were stuck in traffic for an hour coming from Santa Barb to Glendale...
Damn never knew San Jose was that bad, I thought Sacramento traffic was bad. Hope I dont start working out of SJ soon

Its Friday night in LA, what do you expect? An hour from SB to Glendale seems pretty fast IMO. Plus, Riverside is not that close to LA and nowhere near SB or Glendale, there is quite a bit of pavement between them. Nonetheless, traffic in Socal sucks and I try to avoid it like the plague, which doesn't seem to be working.

I drive from north of SF to San Jose every single day and I'm never in traffic. Although I don't touch 87, 101, 880, etc. I do see that shit back up from my office though.
