^ Wow. I checked their site but couldn't find them for that low. Any chance you have a link or part #?

Thanks Scott!

I love them. The problem is this truck may have the worst headlights of anything I've owned. These dogs may force me into a retrofit!

I also added a couple sheets of second skin damp pro to the front doors. Need to do the rear doors still

My F150 is pretty bad too at night. A headlight upgrade is definitely in my future. Need to decide on HID or LED, in projectors, though.

^ LED? Surprised they have more of a yellow tint. Though they do match the headlights well.

it's way more blue then yellow, jsut the angle (and it's daylight) don't match the headlights at all. Will get some night shots

I like the wheels, and love that you are making use of your truck!

I try to borrow the girlfriend's rig whenever it's been raining for a few days

Which is why I'd just leave it lol. Looks better dirty and the rain will eventually wash it away. After I got back from Colorado, I didn't wash my Jeep for 3 months before I got a coupon for a car wash lol.

I can't tolerate these horrible headlights anymore. Just sent a set of lights out to get retrofitted with mini d2s's

I feel your pain, luckily I don't do a ton of night driving.
Undecided what I want to do. Anzo makes a nice set of aftermarket lights for the F150, but retrofitting an OE set would probably come in a bit cheaper....

Nah, probably more, will probably be about $1,000 for the retrofit (w/ headlights I bought for $250)

From TRS, I'm seeing about $400 for the Mini D2S with CBI bulbs, plus housings, unless you're doing high & low beams, then I could see $1k easily?

Weird... I wonder what they changed on the headlights? I thought about doing a retrofit at first just b/c I have it in my FJ and love it... but the Tundra headlights (mine anyway) are very good. As it is I have to adjust them down, especially when towing... I couldn't imagine HIDs...

TRS will be doing the retrofit, so there's some labor included. Mini D2S with shrouds, bulbs, etc they install for about $600. Thinking i'm going to be doing LED strip as well (like $100 or so). I paid $250 for a used set of lights so not to send out my existing...so looking at total cost.

^ This is why I'm considering the Anzos for the F150. Never done a retro before & like the LED switchbacks.
Plus the retrofits in the F150 halogen housings look a little goofy, IMO. Placement is too much at the extreme edge in the housing.

TRS does good work. I'm going to throw out a guess and they used Morimoto Mini D2S 4.0 projectors with CBI bulbs and Morimoto XB ballasts with an Iris lens?

yeap, just gotta get rid of the chrome shroud around the grill. I keep thinking about doing the TRD Pro grill, but EVERYONE does it. So I may just paint the shroud of mine white (along with the bumper end caps)
