By the way, I filled up my car for the second time. It took a little over 11 gallons this time. Got about 300 miles. 50/50 city/highway + canyon.

I used to get about 250 miles off 14.5 gallon tank on my MS3 before tuned and close to 300 miles after tuned.

Not bad. My mileage sucks, but maybe it's because I'm wringing the car out to keep up with traffic.

That's the only other thing... an RSX Type-S put out similar numbers and similar fuel economy over 10 years ago with similar displacement, and N/A. Honda deserves praise for that, though I'm sure the Toyobaru easily tops it in fun factor and handling.

Ducktail looks great!

Maybe. My work commute is only 10 miles and thankfully there's not much traffic both ways.

Would have been great if RSX was a RWD.

S2K/NSX/RSX-S are my all time favorite cars from Honda.

I think I'll change out the wing when I get myself a cute set of rims and lower the car a little.

Did you really just say "...cute set of rims..."? (emphasis added)

Did you really just say you are actually going to lower the car?

I called my Advan rims "CUTE". Yes.

Don't know what to say about your second question. I have zero credibility on that issue.

Good thing this car comes with the digital speedometer.. because I can't see anything under this 5% tint.

Looks lovely with the tint on.

Funny you mention the digital speedo. Over the next week, count how many times you use the analog speedometer. I'm willing to bet 0.

Also, pics or ban.

should have left the rear 1/4 panel windows un-tinted.

Man, I should unregister over at FT86 forum. There really is millions of parts available for this car.

Anyway, can't really find a white BRZ pictures with clear Toms tailight.

This one is the Red Toms. What do you guys think?

I have been telling you to get those tails the 2nd day you got your car!!!!!

go with the clear. It looks more "modern" and it seems the tails look darker when it is not on, which i think looks more aggressive.

Please get some new rims to go with these tails!!!.

I know I know. I'm just having so much fun looking at all the options. But I think I'm gonna get the tailight pretty soon. This just looks so much better than the stock ones.

This shows the difference when the light is off:

2013 Subaru BRZ Kimchi Edition-uuco7uw.png

I want a set of silver RPF1s for my car in either 17x9 or 18x9. Would silver rims look good with either tailight? Can't really picture it in the head.

I personally will go with the Clear.

It just looks "newer"

Any rims will look better than stock ones.
Silver rims are neutral. You can never go wrong with silver.
But i personally like brushed aluminum than regular painted silver.

18 will definitely look better and you will really have to do some hellaflush to pull off 17.

Cool. I'll have my boss lady take a look at it.

And if I do end up with 17x9 (brushed silver or SBC) with 245/40/17 tires, it will look like this with very slight drop:

and these are on coils with around 1.5inch drop:

And I spotted this heavily modified looking FRS on the way to work in the morning. The car looked amazing and sounded like a monster.

Found him on the FT86 forum and he said he saw me too.

Then saw his mod list...

Current modification list:

Engine:
Full Blown Motorsports Kit with upgraded GTX30 turbo on E85
Full Blown Radiator and Piping
Mishimoto Baffled Oil Catch Can
AEM Fail Safe Gauge in Glove Box
Perrin Oil Cap
Perrin Oil Filter Cap

Exhaust:
HKS Legamax Premium (Muffler only)(Ultra quiet)
Stock mid and cat

Wheels:
Five Axis S7:F Gunmetal 19x8.5 +45 Square Setup (Old)
SSR SP3 Silver Front 18x9.5 +30 Rear 18x10 +37 (Current)

Interior:
Carsmo Armrest (Car really needed a nice armrest in the first place)
Perrin Shift Knob Fat in Black

Exterior:
Full Five Axis Kit

I think.. it's SUPER fast. Gonna ask him to give me a ride next time.

1) Clear Tom's > Red Tom's
2) Don't waste your money on the Borla headers
3) JDL makes a nice piece, but a few have had issues with the headers contacting the oil pan; not to mention the ridiculous wait time. I'd suggest Nameless - the price is about the same and those guys put a lot of time and effort into them.
