Question ~Forums~

You know ever since I joined this site I was wondering how you can have a site like this without an Integra forum. I mean the Integra is really the car that put Acura on the map- with aftermarket crowd and what not. That's like having a Honda site without a Civic Forum. Atleast I think so.

And no I don't have an Integ anymore. But I did have one of the last 2001's a White GSR.

Just my 2 cents lol

Well don't think they(azine & its parent company) haven't though about it. It doesn't exist for a reason. I too had a teggy. It was my first car... LOVED IT. It was a 90 sedan. But to be quite honest there are too many teggy forums out there already, plus this site is aimed more at the "HELPFULL" enthusiast. Shure we get A-HOLES around here too, but way less than a import teggy forum. "Most" (not all) of those guys are aimed more towards go vs show. I don't think they would be too helpfull here....

As an example, check out the RSX(New Age Integra) section of this forum. Not too much going on there. But the few who are are ready to help ya in whatever you need.

not hating on anyone, just explaining the differences.... JUST MY 2 CENTS

You can ask that question, but you can also ask why we don't have a CSX or a Legend forum as well. Won't get anywhere.

typically it brings a different crowd that does not work well here. There are a ton of sites that support them anyway.

lol the CSX? I didn't even know what that was until one day I saw it on Wiki. They don't make that in USA and I don't think it's a very popular car so that's not a good comparison.. the legend..well the legend 91-95 did have a following but it was more upscale - the integra was a popular car for atleast 11 years 90-2001 so its still different.

there's not enough room in the title bar at the top. and last thing we need is teggy kids trolling around here. This place exudes class and we need to keep it that way.

amen.

bringing in the teg crowd would create tons of problems in this type of forum setting.

We said the same about the RSX, but look what happened. If there is to be an Integra forum, then Astro/IB will decide it.

This has been discussed several times. No time to search now but if you look yourself, it's out there.

IB has quite the portfolio when it comes to automotive forums so they don't just add stuff to add stuff. They evaluate it, make sure it doesn't overlap or encroach on other forums they have, and so on and so on.

If there's ever an update, you can be sure we'll let everyone know

.
