Wrapped up getting the Rivian polished (pic is in progress with front door done and working on back, whole truck done now) and will get the ceramic coat applied this afternoon. Today is the last nice day of the year so glad I'm getting this knocked out.

Omg Mr. Neuron, now I’m browsing through autotrader! I hope you’re happy with yourself!
JK… well half kidding, I am actually browsing around, I always loved and wanted an NSX. Neighbor behind our house growing up has a 1991 red NSX. (Street behind our house was a lot more affluent, his car was more $$ than our house and car combined) I also played the first need for speed that had the NSX in it all the time, 2 favorite cars there were the Diablo and NSX.
Oh well, it was not meant to be, thanks for sharing a pic, a few more would be good too

That looks like a killer time on a killer track. OTOH, GridLife are kind of a shady operation, they were selling tickets on their own website instead of thru the Glen's for this past summer's event, my brother swore he'd never have them back as a result.

Current state of affairs. It's still like bouncing around in the upper 40's here, half considering just driving the damn thing.

There's still random patches of salt and sand around from the couple snow events we've had so I probably won't take it out.

Yeah, sand is manageable, but salt I'd be worried about.
None of that down here. We're sitting at 63* right now.

Sand sticks to the tires and gets flung all over the place. The Rivian is basically brown at this point and I would very much prefer to not have to wash the Mustang in an auto wash.

I shoot people
So... Unlike last year when we got dumped with one snow storm after another, this year there hasn't been any reason for them to pour salt. THAT being said, I went out of town to do some wildlife photography, I went through towns that had salt on their pavement... I've been busy, so I haven't had time to wash my car, I normally use a pressure washer with the extended head (and angles to reach underneath the car), it's only been a few weeks... I should be okay, right?

The issue for us is that it still gets cold at night to freeze the wet roads so they still salt it a little.

Is this where I mention that I run summer tires year-round here?

Went to Sebring to get the car washed last weekend. And before you ask, yes my number 4 on one side flew off, and no I can’t afford more magnetic numbers, all the money was spent on the car
