well, some jackass kids ended up peppering a bunch of cars in my parking lot at home with bb-buns and i got hit. a lot.

in addition to two trunk dings the size of quarters, they punctured my left tail-light and broke my side marker light on the driver's side.

in addition, they unloaded on my front bumper, so i'll be needing to replace mine (i was thinking that if someone had a ron jon or some other replacement, i could just buy the stock one from them). abyss blue-pearl is the color.

anyway, didn't think it'd hurt to ask.

I don't have the parts, but shouldn't your insurance cover that? Shit, you could probably get an ASPEC kit or something...

 

I sent you a pm about the side and the tail lights.......

 

a couple of things i need to mention:

1 i should indicate that i need the *forward* side marker light, not the rear. it is clear/smoked as opposed to red (which is the rear side marker light).

2. yes, in response to several emails, i do wish that i had been there to catch them doing this.

3. insurance in nj is like paying someone to beat you up. i'd rather keep my rates "low" (thats hard to type without laughing) than put in a claim for 2 grand and watch my payments go up just as much.

On the tail lights.......have you considered getting the Type-S tails?

 

i have not considered that, no. honestly, unless there were a tremendous cost advantage, i'd just as soon stick with the red ones.
