This is a set of Rays Volks GTM 19x8.5 +35 offset, lug pattern 5x114.3 wrapped in Toyo Proxes 4 235/35/19 tires. These wheels are in near perfect shape with the only blemish being from one of the wheels falling over during the install which left some very very minor knicks around the outside edge of the rim. The tires are in decent shape and most of the wear is on the inner edge due to camber wear. These wheels brand new sell for about $800 a piece and this set is in near new condition with tires! Nice wheels, but they're NOT brand new. Wheels have been mounted, you've driven on them, and they even have blemishes.

Yes these are the wheels that I bought from sto4louis a few months ago and yes they have a few thousand miles on them since then. Yes I listed them for 2600 but thats because I have been selling parts online for a long time and I know that if I post them up for 2000 I will start getting low ballers who try to offer me 1200 so I set the price high for that reason...As most people do or should do when selling anything!
Now again Im not sure whats up with the hostility around here but I thinks its pretty jacked that this for sale thread has now been cluttered with all this garbage. I understand that we look out out for eachother but Im not trying to take anyone for a ride just trying to get back a fair amount on some bad ass wheels...

Id ask a mod to edit the thread and remove all the garbage but I see that RON actually is a mod and is chiming in along with the others to add needless comments to the thread...Just because you start out by saying "ppl can sell things for whatever they want" doesn't negate the fact that you then go on to support the negative comments posted by others and thats just plain disappointing coming from a mod...

Nothing wrong with trying to flip a nice item. But when you buy an item and then realized it was flipped, you would feel bad or even cheated, I would at least. Thats why I think these comments are necessary and I appreciate it when people bring these things to light.

Walshstl: Like I said before my intention is not to flip the wheels for profit, when I bought the wheels I had no idea I would be selling them so soon. Also Iv said I am not trying to get over on anyone I just have experience sellin online and lowballers are horrible so you have to set the price high. Not to mention if that was my intent why the hell would I post them up on the same damn site I bought them from a few months ago? This is a sick set of rims that I would not let go if I didnt need the money and I know they are worth every bit of 2k...

Technically your wrong because if you ask 2400 for the rims and someone is offering to pay it, I seriously doubt you would tell them you only bought them for 1900 or whatever you spent on it.

On top of that, if some members have a better memory of the history of a certain item being sold should we net tell any prospective buyers if we know info on it. Sorry that we look out for other members pal.

Sigh...Ill say it again, my intention was not to "flip" the rims for profit, I always set prices high for lowballers....Everyone does/should!
With that said, if someone comes along and feels the wheels are worth the listed price or dont try to barter a little for a lower price out of laziness then of course Im not going to suggest a lower price to them for the item Im selling! That would be ridiculous. Im selling my precious rims cuz I need money thats the bottom line...

The value of the listed price is in the wheels without a doubt so just because the person I bought them from sold them cheap does not mean they are not easily worth more. Hell if it wasnt such a good price I wouldnt have bought them!

Now this has gotten really annoying and even after I set the damn price to 1900 ppl are still fucking crying! so please MODS DELETE THIS THREAD!!!!!!!!!!!
