I've tried to get a hood box from body shops to no avail. If I can't sell it locally in the next week or 2 I will try to get a box again.

I want to get rid of this hood. I traded my car in June 2005, lol.

^u can, just say that the hood flew up and was garbage so u recycled it and are driving to a junk yard to get another hood. and tie down any loos caps (ps, washer reservoir)

there is no fading or oxidation. The hood looks exactly the way as it does in the photos above. There is an area the size of a quarter right at the very tip of the nose that has a couple cracks in the clear coat. It was there in the second photo down but you can't see it until you're right up close.

I'd like to help you out, but I can't. My step dad was nice enough to bring the hood to Portland for someone who flaked out on buying it. So now it's 3 hours away from where I am and I don't have a truck to begin with.

I am willing to knock $25 off the price if you drive up to get it.
