Sublease for UT Austin Student Summer '04
I've got a free room and a shared half of a room for sublease this coming summer starting from end of May all the way up until end of August. It's in West Campus area and 5 minutes walk to hit UT Austin campus.
I'm looking to let it go for really cheap.
There's a desk and a futon already here for you to use if you take on the shared room and no need to pay for cable TV b/c it's free. The only expenses will be electricity and cable internet if you want it.
Price I'm looking for is REALLY low for west campus area. This building is pretty nice compared to most in W. Campus.
The location is the corner of 25th street and Pearl St.
Background check will be required as well as up front payment for first month's rent. Utilities will be transferred to your name to make things simpler.

2 bed/ 2 bath, 1 open bedroom available and 1 other space available to share with my current roommate.. The one where you have to share with my current roommate will have a bed and desk for you to use. I'm tossing out the desk since I'm moving back to Dallas after graduation so...
The open bedroom will have no furniture whatsoever. The open bedroom will obviously be a little more expensive and I'll let you talk to my other roommate about pricing for his room. The open bedroom has it's own bathroom.
