SOLD! FS: Tanabe Springs for 3rd Gen. Pics added
Yup i got some BRAND NEW Tanabe springs up for grabs.
heres the story..i lent my car to Tanabe for R&D and was given these springs..im in need of money due me going to summer school and havng to pay for books and classes. The springs were only test fitted on my car and taken off.
I am willing to let them go for $200 (local pick-up is preffered)
Tanabe informed me that the drop is about 1.5 in the rear and 1.8 in the front. i will try and get pictures up today since i am at work right now.
any questions let me know
as promised guys..here are some quik shots of the springs..like i said brand new

It may be that these are new production so the Tanabe site might not hyet have them but the only ones they have up there are with the 1.8/1.5 are for a 92-95 Civic sedan. Which series are these (GF, DF, NF or PRO)?

I will give you 120..
Because 1. No one has these on their cars so the drop/ride is totally unknown.
2. I live in San Diego but am willing to drive to you tonight.

And willing to give you more than the $120 the prior poster states BUT I need the details of what EXACTLY these are. Tanabe sells a number of different spring loads. Which of those are these? Also, since Tanabe themselves don't show a part number that cooresponds with your pictures, it is hard for us to know what you are really selling.
I also wonder why these aren't ALREADY on your car if Tanabe used yours as a test car why were they ever removed? I think you state that they are new and that is GREAT. Please provide the basic information and maybe we can work out a deal. $165 shipped to my door a deal if these are the "real deal"? PM me if interested

and my reply is this...as stated in my pm back to you..
just to clarify for everyone..i did lend my car for r&d to Tanabe..they had it four about 3 days.
1. they tested the springs and let me keep them ONLY because they met their expectations..they said they would not give me anything with poor quality. so these are good to go.
2. these are the "real deal" BUT they are the FIRST ever springs for the 3rd gen TL that Tanabe makes so these are the only ones out and i have em in my hands.
3. they are not on my car due to the fact that i have my mind set on coil overs, tanabe gave me the choice of keeping them on or just taking them and letting me decide whether they would go on my car or not. i am deciding to sell since i do need money for summer session in school.
4. im 100% legit, im not trying to rip anyone off or scam anyone..pretty much all of the SoCal guys can vouch for me..you can all check my thread in the "meets and gatherings" section of the forum and see that im a good, honest guy.
5. got any further questions im here to answer them as best as i can. i am trying to get rid of these and have a smooth transaction, which is what everyones would like.
