Ok i bought a set of Meagan Racing headers for my TL S. Then i read that DC Sports came out with a header for the TL. I would prefer the DC sport header. So the meagans have to go. These Headers are used and i ill post pics soon. I'm asking $200 shipped OBO.

I do not have a pay pal account, but more important, the down pipe on these headers are scratched, i'm going to post a picture today. I didn't even realize it until today. After i post the picture let me know. Also First Dibbs goes to MrAlex.

Looking at the coupling there I see frayed material. Isn't that the spot that seems to cause the resonance Issue with the Megans? And if so, would not that increase the resonance with the damage noted?
Not tryin' to bust your balls...just curious.

 

I wouldn't know, i never installed them. I purchased them from brado on here, but he failed to mention the damage, according to him they were fine. When i saw that dc sports came out with there header for our cars i wanted the dc sports header instead of this one, figured i sell them on here, then i noticed the damage rather than not disclose it like the person i bought them from i wanted to be totaly honest, if what you say is true then i might be out $200.

as you can see by the pics nyshadow, i never took them out of the box and that was the way i shipped them to you. slamedwdp or whatever his name is shiped them to me like that, and so i just opened, then took pics then resealed and shipped to you. i didn't know either. i only lifted it semi out to take pics of them while they were in my trunk. if i knew, i would have showed you and let you know. i just wanted to get the DC's like you, so i sold these because of the known problems with them. sorry man. i would feel the same way.

200$ is a lot for used megan .. they was 215us shipped new.. anyway ! ive just writed a mail to megan concerning my broke downpipe and they said that i have to go back to my seller and he will be able to find me a new one and ill have to pay a little amount of money to have a new one .. i really dont know what is the amount.. they will be good to have a spare set of headers too.. is bad that you dont have paypal.. i dont really like money order..
