i only see 2 grounding wires, so i'm guessing this mounts on the back of a grounding system? so i'd have to purchase a grounding system along with this

this thing can work alone w/out the ground wires, but by adding the ground wire can be a better combo.

^^^ yes, but it will has more significant improvement w/ the gound wires.
but its up to you. either the voltage system and the ground kit can work alone no problem.
