FS: Rotora Big Brake Kit (blue) & Comptech Exhaust

Admin - new thread with same parts, wanted title to reflect what was for sale specifically. Please close other thread.

The titled items came from my 04 accord coupe.

Rotora Big Brake Kit, Calipers are a year old. I just recently replaced the rotors and pads. They have about 400 miles on them, in brand new condition 9.5/10.

The calipers have some scratches, but only cosmetic and a little touch up paint would solve that. I am leaving that to the buyer in case you want it a different color all together or I can touch them up upon request.

The big brake kit looking to get $950 OBO, will charge $25 for shipping anywhere in USA if I get my asking price.

Exhaust looking to get $850 OBO, will charge $65 for shipping anywhere in the USA if I get my asking price.

All parts will be thoroughly cleaned before shipping, I just wanted to put pictures up so you get an idea of what you're looking at.

PM me any questions or email me directly at jason.townsend27@gmail.com. If you need more pictures, let me know. I've got over 600 feedbacks on ebay and about that many deals through paypal through my business account. Trustworthy seller.

Thanks for looking.

Pictures of Rotora BBK - Remember the pads and rotors have ~400 miles on them, 3 months old, calipers are about a year old:

Comptech Exhaust about a year old as well, had some over spray from my body kit which I'm cleaning off. Here are pictures, condition about 7.5/10 scratches are purely cosmetic, nothing wrong with this part -

This side I'm not done with, I'm done the top and sides, just not the base:

I'm not going to part out the exhaust, I'm selling as a whole.

I know the big brake kit fits 2nd gen CLs and TLs according to Rotora. The only thing different is the SS lines. I don't know what's different about the lines, but just know they are different.

The exhaust I will have to confirm with Comptech what models will fit the exhaust. This came off a 2004 accord coupe 6 speed. I'll call and confirm.

Been getting lots of the same questions, so I'll post up my answers to the frequently asked questions:

1) Where are you located? - I am in Maryland.

2) Did you buy the kit used? - No, this kit was purchased brand new by me.

3) How did the calipers get scratched up like that? When replacing the pads, the tech used pliers to flatten the 4 pistons so he could install the new pads. This is what scratched them. Yes, I wanted to kill him.

4) Will this kit fit <enter car model here>? - I know they will fit a 2nd gen TL according to BiggyMcwang who was interested in these and called Rotora. Here is his PM to me:

Just got off the phone to confirm fitment of the Rotora Big Brake Kit, they are saying it will if with the following models:

2nd gen TLs and 04-07 TLs (3rd gen) as well...these will not fit the CL.

Dang, that makes me almost want to put these on my car! I have a 2006 TL black, that would look sexy! hmmmm.

Direct answer from Comptech regarding exhaust:

They are different, but I don't know by how much...

Check with CT

I see the part numbers are slightly different, but that isn't always an indication that it will not fit. Please if you could let me know as soon as possible, that would be wonderful.

Just got off the phone with Comptech Engineering technical staff as directed.

According to them, with very minor modification, this will work with 04-07 TLs. 04-07 accord coupe chasis are the same at the 04-07 TL, however the TL is a bit longer so it would have to be modified a bit.

Hmmm, this too is interesting me! None of this I knew lol.

I cleaned the crap out of the Rotora Big Brake Kit and took some pictures of the pads to show you they're in like new condition. Only ~400 miles on the pads and rotors. Confirmed fitment for 3G TL's, 2G TL's

bumperoooooo

3 days left.
Comptech Exhaust, Rotora BBK.

I've called rotora for the paint code of the calipers so I can get a paint match to touch up the calipers. Gotta make em pretty in case I want to use em, but if sold, I'll give the buyer whatever is left.

Jason - I guess you were serious on the price for the Rotora's. Looks like the eBay bidding ran out before your reserve. I watched it pass the $700 mark and realized I wasn't going to be able to afford it. Good luck with the sale.

Thanks man, appreciate it. I'm not just giving these things away.

I have a TL, they will fit my car, so if I can't get the price I had in mind, oh well. I'll be posting pictures of them installed on my car with my konig unknowns mounted hehe I know they fit around my stock TL rims as well, so it will be really cool.

I have a deposit down from a local buyer that saw my eBay sale, so its 80% sold at this point. He is supposed to come Tuesday. If he does, I'm closing the thread then.

Reserve was set at $900 for the bbk, $800 for the exhaust.

These parts are very high quality, and I'm not pressed for the money. I'm a patient man

When you repaint those calipers. Are those scratches on them gonna show thru? Also, how much is the kit new?

Thats what I was thinking..I mean obviously its just cosmetic, but thats half the appeal from the "Bling Factor" of these BBK..

But IMO still a very nice set up, I would seriously consider if I head the cash in hand.. Good luck with sale..
