I am selling a 3G TL OEM driver-side headlight assembly for $300 plus shipping which was professionally removed from a 2005 TL; the assembly is in excellent condition and shows no to very little sun "clouding" and has been kept indoors for aprox. a year. For one new assembly only, I believe the cost is $550. This sale is for the assembly itself and does not include the ballast and bulbs.
This is a good, less expensive opportunity to try a DIY clearing without driving around with one headlight. I have a Pay Pal account for payments and prefer to ship to the Continental US but will show favor to other North Americans . Photos are available on request to serious buyers.

i messed up my headlight yesterday trying to clear them... just the driver side... would you be negotiable about the price.. i am in desperate need of a headlight... and am willing to buy... but i dont have $300 + shipping right now unfortunatley... p.m. me thank you

I noticed you said 'professionaly removed from blahblah'... but this is only the driver's side. Do you have a passenger side headlight, if so are you willing to depart with that one? =]

there was a set (two) headlights just sold... and already cleared and blacked out with l.e.d.'s for 350..... lol..

u sure this is the cheapest u can go?

Nope, I had to replace the passenger side light and could only find a set cheaper than one new; I could not wait for an ebay special, while driving with one headlight.

As I said in my original post, buying one, instead of a set, could be a cheap way to find out if you are capable of the DIY clearing mod without making your vehicle virtually undriveable.

Those headlights were somewhat damaged and I quote:
::They will need to be re-sealed due to minor condensation build up over a very heavy rain storm
::Both passenger and drivers side lights have a spot of paint missing (You can fix that when you re-seal them)
::Passenger side lens is slightly burned on the bottom (Look at pics below, no idea how that was done)" (qtd. from the referred to thread)

The one I am selling is in excellent condition.
