they are new, but they were purchased with tires and dismounted by a legit spot that doesn't scratch the lips so pretty much no one can tell they've ever been used, except for tiny glue residue from when tirerack balanced them

Man those are some nice wheels. The NT03s are great for racing and filling up with nitrogen, whoever bought them is lucky.
