..These are 2.5" stainless steel all the way! with vibrant V band clamps so no gaskets are required here are some pics from making. Also come with 2.5"QTP exhaust cutout.
These headers are night & day difference to competch $1200 headers.

Loud ? (its only loud when you open the cutout) i eliminated my CAT & can pass emissions with flying colors but we do live in 2 different states. i already have an Xbox 360 but how much cash where you thinking ?
Ah i figured, looks like it won't allign with the stock cat, and the cutout would be before the catalytic converter or push it down, Eh and i don't know how to weld GG, plus it would be EXTRA LOUD lol.
Also does it come with the 02 bung cover to close up that extra bung if we dont have a wideband thing mabob
and does the electronic cut out come with all the wires and buttons etc?
Does a modified xbox 360 that plays burnt games interest you as a part of a partial trade? (have about 30 games with it)

dang, looks nice! does the customization for the 6speed affect fitting a auto 2g cls?
also, i have not removed my cat and do not plan to, will this set up be plug n play?
w/o bolts, do you have to use some kind of clamps?
If all is good, I will be willing to drop some $$.
