CLOSED! F/S 04 TL Brembo calipers, etc.
I have two Brembo 4 piston calipers from a 2004 Acura TL 6mt. The Brembos have 25,000 miles on them. I have two OEM rotors with 25,000 miles on them. I also have OEM brake pads with about 12,000 miles on them as well as a set of Performance Friction 97 pads with one day track use on them. I would like to sell the whole she-bang for $400. PM me...thanks.
Fred

I'm wondering the same thing. Why are you selling them?

Racer
i looked for that in the electronic parts catalog at my acura dealership months ago....
the calipers for 2004 AT is the same part # as the 2003 AT
BUT, the knuckle for the 2004 AT is not the same part # as the 2004 MT
here's what i found on acuraparts247.com
04 MT
51210-SEP-A00 KNUCKLE, R. FR.
51215-SEP-A00 KNUCKLE, L. FR.
04 AT
51210-SEP-A10 KNUCKLE, R. FR.
51215-SEP-A10 KNUCKLE, L. FR.
45018-S0K-A01 CALIPER SUB-ASSY., R. FR.
45019-S0K-A01 CALIPER SUB-ASSY., L. FR.
99-03
45018-S0K-A01 CALIPER SUB-ASSY., R. FR
45019-S0K-A01 CALIPER SUB-ASSY., L. FR.
so if i refer to this, it wouldn't be a direct bolt-on
is it the offset from the knuckle bolts holes to the disk ?
is it the offset from the knuckle bolts holes to the hub ?
is it both ?
someone have to try this out to know where's the difference and what can be done

Was that for JUST TL's? Or did that include CL's?

I put a Stoptech BBK on my TL because I take it to Summit Point Motorsports Park 5-7 times a year and the Brembo's, while great street brakes, couldn't take the constant heat and braking of a race track. After checking part numbers at my local Acura dealer, I bought the AT knuckles and bearings and swapped everything to make the BBK fit (Stoptech only makes a BBK for the AT TL, not the 6mt TL). Those with AT TL's can make the reverse swap with 6mt knuckles.

To the best of my knowledge they will only fit 04+ TL's. Yes, they are the stock calipers.

good price. 04+ 6 speed manual only came with 4piston Brembo brakes.. i dont think it is a direct bolt on. isnt the rotor larger as well on the 6sp? i belive the only direct caliper replacement for the 99-03 tls are the NSX and the Legend i believe. but good luck on your sale im sure it will not be hard to sell at 4 bills.

Tight TL,
I'm currently looking for Brake Caliper, but I'm not sure if it will fit on the Acura TSX. I'm very interest on these calipers, if those are Brembo 4-pot caliper. My rotor is RacingBrake 1 piece, in OEM size. 300mm X 28mm. Please let me know what will you sell other than the caliper itself?

Hey Guys,
Everything is still available. The only problem is that I live just outside Washington DC and interested parties seem to be several states away. I'm new to this and do not have a Paypal account, etc.

So this would be a direct fit to a 04 TL that didn't come with the brembo upgrade, correct? If so, I may have someone who may be interested and he's local...
