Will this work for an 04? I currently have a regular key, with a regular, old school cut design....not that new outlined weird one.
Not sure if I'd need a different blank to work with my car or not... but I know I'd have to have it cut and programmed at least, which I did before for my 03' Accord.

these switchblade keys will work with ANY 2004-2008 3G TL. you need to have the key custom milled (cut lengthwise) and heeltoe is the only place i know of that can do it. heeltoe can also cut the ridges and remove a chip from one of your old keys and insert it into the switchblade so you don't have to go to the dealer to get it programmed.
if you have heeltoe just mill the key you can call around to local dealers to have the ridges cut and the key programmed so you don't have to destroy one of your old keys by removing the chip. dealers will charge anywhere from 50-200 to cut the ridges and program.

To everyone else who said the price was too high please let me know where you can get the key cheaper, I must have called 4 acura dealers in socal and the cheapest I found was 105 plus tax. I paid $113 and change from the dealer, have the receipt to prove it. If the dealer wasn't so far id go return it.

Well like I said I got my key straight from the dealer for $113 and change I might as well get a pic up of the receipt. Will do that later today.
Anyways, make me an offer don't lowball me tho. I honestly think its a good price considering they sell elsewhere for more.

I just picked one up for $55 on the BM yesterday BRAND NEW(thanks MyTL09). You probably don't like hearing it, but the price you're asking for is a bit too high. If you lower it, you will definitely have a lot of interested buyers, as the switchblade key is becoming very popular. I know you're worried about taking a hit, but I don't think anyone is going to buy that key at $100.
Anyways, GLWS...
